On the market for the first time in many years, a pretty country cottage that has been lived in as a 2 generation property for a long time. It would be quite easy to convert back to a spacious 4 bedroom home as modernization is required anyway.
The real bonus, as well as the peaceful location, is the huge garden which is currently laid to grass and requiring landscaping.
Living
One very large lounge in the original cottage and a further lounge. There are 2 kitchens.
Sleeping
4 bedrooms plus 2 shower rooms
Outside
A vast garden which is currently a little overgrown. We do not believe there is any development potential as it is part field. The property has plenty of parking.
